Our Company

San Diego Sunset Vacation Rentals was created over 20 years ago with one goal: To meet a personal need as a responsive property management company. We created a company that handles the day-to-day tasks associated with having a vacation rental without the exorbitant fees.

A company that promptly returns calls, answers emails and handles any issues that may arise.

We have a team that is ready to help owners maximize the return on their properties as vacation rentals and/or long-term rentals. Our goal is to provide the highest level of services to our guests as well as to our owners, while keeping costs low.

The San Diego Sunset team is knowledgeable with our inventory and can assist guests in choosing units that will best meet their needs. We work synergically with other online advertising platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to maximize exposure.

We offer short term rentals, monthly rentals and student rentals. The student rental lease is from Sept-End of May. See the student rentals page for more information!
