Frequently Asked Questions
1. What time is check in/check out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM for all of our properties.
2. Can we check-in early or check-out late?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on our booking schedule. If available, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Late check-outs past 12:00 PM typically require an additional fee.
3. What size vehical fits in my properties parking space?
All of our listings include the parking space dimensions. Please review these measurements to confirm your vehicle will fit. We cannot guarantee that your vehicle will fit in the assigned parking space, and we are not able to provide additional parking.
4. Is there additional parking availble?
There is free street parking along Mission Blvd. There are signed posted for street sweeping days you should be aware of to avoid being ticketed.
5. Are pets allowed?
Most of our properties do not allow pets. If a property allows pets, it will be noted on the listing.
6. Are supplies provided during the stay?
Our cleaning team provides a starter supply of essential items, including one paper towel roll and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. For properties with an in-unit washer and dryer, laundry detergent is also provided.
7. Does the property have beach equipment?
Some of our properties may include a limited selection of beach items. Additionally, guests are welcome to borrow beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas from our office at no cost. Please note that beach towels must be washed and dried before being returned to the office.
8. When will i receive the check-in instructions?
Check-in instructions are sent on the day of your arrival once the property has been cleaned, inspected, and is ready for check-in. If you have not received them yet, it likely means the property is not ready. Please also check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there.
9. Can I store my luggage before or after check in?
For liability reasons, we are unable to store luggage at the property before check-in or after check-out. However, guests are welcome to store luggage at our office during business hours.
10. Do I need to provide my ID?
Yes, we require all guests to provide a valid ID prior to receiving check-in information.
11. Is there a BBQ available?
Yes, most of our properties include a BBQ with either propane or a gas line. Please refer to the property listing to confirm whether a BBQ is available at your specific rental.
Yes, we have several properties available for DOD tenants. Please contact our office for more details regarding pricing and availability.
No, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Housekeeping is not provided during your stay unless pre-arranged. Additional cleaning services may be available upon request for a fee.
17. Is there heating/AC?
Heating is available in all properties. Air conditioning availability varies by unit and is noted in the listing.
18. Can I extend my stay?
Extensions are subject to availability. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you would like to extend your reservation.
19. Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, all bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. There is one set per of towels per allotted guest.
