This 2 level home has a private 3rd floor ocean front balcony as well as a balcony off the master bedroom located back of the 3rd floor. Kitchen has granite countertops, travertine floors, and stainless-steel appliances. Spectacular ocean and sunset views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
All three of the bedrooms have a queen size bed (3 beds total) plus a sofa sleeper in the living room.
The home occupies the 3rd floor and the back part of the 2nd floor and has its own elevator for easy access.
This property is located in the heart of Mission Beach within close proximity to several shops, bars, restaurants and water activities. Approximately a 2-minute drive to Belmont Park, a 5-minute drive to Sea World, 15 minutes to the downtown Gaslamp District and the airport!
Guests of Pacific Sunset enjoy a 2 car Tandem garage! Parking is very tight here in Mission Beach so we do not guarantee that your vehicles will fit in the spaces provided. There is additional public parking at the nearby Santa Clara Aquatic Center. There are also multiple bus routes that run along Mission Boulevard. Mission Beach is also a hot spot for Uber & Lyft!
San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small

$100 deposit is required to book a reservation. The $100 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. If you do not cancel, the $100 goes toward your total balance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

We have stayed at many locations waterfront in Mission Beach. This place was by far the best. The place was amazing. Close to everything. House was clean and had all amenities. The property management group was so helpful and responded quickly. Would highly recommend.

It was so nice to be right on the boardwalk with the ocean view!! And walkable to many locations. Nice large master bathroom and the shower was so lovely. The elevator was a bit spooky to use but it was helpful with bringing larger luggage up the 2nd story.

All the bedrooms up and downstairs are in the back of the house and traffic noise from Mission Blvd. is pretty bad. It was pretty warm and needed windows open. The kitchen, living room and deck were wonderful with sound of the waves always present. Garage can fit one very small car and a SUV and 2 or three bikes or two medium cars and no bikes. Overall good rate for where it was.

Great location. Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Great communication. Always responsive, trying to help. My family and I had a great time. Would come back.
The place was awesome and right on the beach. The only problem we had was that there was not a bedroom with 2 single beds in it like it said online. That did cause an issue being 2 people were staying in that room and nobody wanted to sleep on the couch in the middle of everything. Great location though and clean.
Great location! Quiet, especially since it was right on the boardwalk. The entry door lock was hard to open and the elevator didn't work. The only thing I would change is check out. We had to wait until 9:30 when they opened to check out but mandatory check out was 11. We would like to have been able to get on the road sooner. Overall it was a great place for family, clean, properly furnished, friendly staff, and perfect location. Loved it!
