Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom that has been remodeled with a custom shower enclosure, intricate tile work, new fixtures, new vanities and more! 1 of the 5 outdoor spaces is the ground floor patio with a gas fire pit. You and your family will absolutely love staying in this condo.
The kitchen has been tastefully remodeled with stainless steel appliances, Carrara marble, custom cabinetry and a large basin sink. All of the custom interior finishes of this property were carefully selected by a professional interior designer - you'll feel like you are staying in a property out of Dream Homes magazine.
We welcome you to enjoy the ground level fire pit and seating area which is exclusive for your use only. There is a BBQ on the deck off the kitchen.
This property is located in the heart of Mission Beach within close proximity to several shops, bars, restaurants and water activities. Approximately a 5 minute drive to Sea World, 15 minutes to the downtown Gaslamp District and the airport.
You must be 26 years of age or older in order to rent this condo. The refundable damage deposit is $1,000 on this condominium due to the high cost of interior finishes. San Diego Sunset kindly asks that you and your guests treat this condo as if it were your own. The owners put a lot of time and hard work into remodeling this property for your enjoyment so please leave it just as nice for the next guest. No party and no excessive noise policies are strictly enforced. Maximum overnight occupancy of 6 adults is strictly enforced.
Please note: 3rd Bedroom does not have a closet, but does have a large dresser for storage of all your clothes.

Guests of Bay Front Jewel enjoy 2 free parking spaces! Parking is very compact here in Mission Beach so we cannot guarantee that your vehicles will fit in the spaces provided. There is additional public parking at the nearby Santa Clara Aquatic Center. There are also multiple bus routes that run along Mission Boulevard. Mission Beach is also a hot spot for Uber & Lyft!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.

This listing is fine. Great location. Close enough to walk to many coffee/bar/food options and short uber ride to other parts of San Diego. Beds were comfortable. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. Host was responsive and this listing had the best rate at the time I booked. Balconies were quite nice with views of the bay.
