Isthmus Vacation Multi-Family Home, Rooftop deck!

Perfect option for our group of 11 and a 1 year old. Location was great. Close to good restaurants and the beach.

Great weekend in San Diego! Ideal location close to the beach and restaurants. Check in extremely easy and smooth as well. Thanks to San Diego Sunset for a great weekend! Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!! This is perfect place for your vacation. The house was clean and had everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood was fun and festive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property! Great spot for a couples trip. Good common area for hanging out/playing games. Good location with plenty of restaurants and bars within a walkable distance. Overall, a good experience. I would mention that we noticed some linen and couch pillow stains when we arrived (considering the cost of their cleaning fee, we weren’t expecting that) but everything else appeared fairly clean. Check out instructions were easy to follow.

San Diego Sunset did a great job of communicating and responding to my questions in a timely manner. We were able to check in 3 hours earlier than we thought we would be able to check in and really appreciated that.

The place was great! We were able to fit 15 people by using the two pullout couches. The outdoor spaces were an added bonus. It was steps away from the beach and boardwalk, which was amazing!

There were a few stains on some of bedding, but other than that the place was clean and exactly as pictured. This place is perfect for a large group!

Amazing location for our family reunion! The furniture is a bit worn but what do you expect at a beach house? Our host was very responsive. We loved having the whole unit for our large crew!

Great location! Steps from the beach. We rented both units together for our trip, we had 11 people and all had very spacious sleeping and living space. We loved the rooftop deck to have meals at. Lots of bathrooms. Units were clean and kitchen stocked. Some beach stuff included in the garage. Easy check in, you have to stop at their office first and they give you the codes to the place. No need to remember keys if you have a large group. Company was Responsive to communications.
Overall the stay had what we needed but also just barely, some minor things that come with a rental sometimes. One of the showers was not draining water well and the beds did not have blankets included. Only a flat sheet. When we asked for blankets they told us to use a few random throw blankets in the closet and turn up the heat but they weren’t the size of the bed to cover 2 people at once and so some people didn’t have a blanket the first night. The throw blankets seem like they hadn’t been laundered but just put back in the closet from last use, felt like they didn’t include comforters to reduce laundry. They did respond to us quickly and brought over 3 twin sized comforters so everyone at least had a blanket or a few throw blankets.
So overall a convenient place stay for a group and they will work with you for what you need!

Overall a very spacious and convenient place to stay! Was literally just steps from the boardwalk and the beach, which was beyond nice for morning and evening walks! The rooftop was very spacious and made for relaxing nights to hangout with friends and family! Would love to go back and would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious location that is near the beach!

I would highly recommend staying here. There is plenty of space, a rooftop patio which was pretty cool, 3 spaces for cars, excellent customer service from the hosts, and some cool neighbors who actually lived in the units around us. The Location by the beach and Mission Beach Belmont Park was perfect.

The San Diego Sunset was a great stay for a group of our size. They were very accommodating and made sure to keep open communication throughout our stay and booking process. This is a great location right on the boardwalk and most activities were within 15-20 mins.

The property was beautiful and clean. It was perfect for what we were wanting. The kitchen was ready for us to bring in groceries and you can see the ocean from the rooftop patio. It was nice being so close to the beach without being right on the main strip because it didn’t have all the noise or traffic from the beach goers but we had amazing beach access!

Awesome location, awesome garage space

This place is a great location for walking just 60 seconds to the beach, 3 minutes to the bay, and all othe restaurants and shops you might need. Parking is very tight, but we just managed with a minivan, truck, and two very small cars.

Our stay here was awesome! We comfortably were able to fit all our guests, the location was great— so close to the beach and walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants and shops!

Great spot and big enough for a big group! Mitch helped us out a lot!
