Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.

Great spot for getting to the beach and local shops.

Very happy with our stay here. Steps from the beach and boardwalk, very close to Belmont Park. We thought the space was actually larger than it appeared in photos. Very clean and well equipped. New kitchen and flooring. Bathrooms could use updating, but water pressure was amazing. There actually is air conditioning (listing says there is not), but we didn’t use it due to lovely beach temps. There were ceiling fans, extra fans, extra pillows and blankets, beach chairs and boogie boards. Would totally stay here again!

I do want to acknowledge your comment about AC so future guests reading this are not misinformed - I confirmed with the owner there is no AC, I believe what you were looking at is the heater thermostat. We are happy you enjoyed your stay here!
Great condo to spend time with family. Full of amenities. Location is great; few steps away from beach. Perfect family place including BBQ to enjoy some sun. Kitchen and Bathrooms are due for upgrades but it's not a deal breaker. Would recommend this place ....
Great place! The unit could use a little updating but we were comfortable and it was the PERFECT location! The kids (9, 12 and 15) could walk to the beach or nearby stores and restaurants on their own and we felt perfectly safe. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely rent again!
The host was a great help.
Location was nice, very walkable area close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
