Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.

Home is in a great location on the bay.
There are two parking spots but only for small cars. It was a juggling act to get a minivan in and out. Even once we got it parked in the garage you couldn’t open the driver door. If you will be using your car often it’s easier to just park in the street.
Only complaint we had was the tenant had loud parties two of the nights until early in the morning that kept some of us up. You could hear their conversations clearly. But this wouldn’t be a problem if you are looking to stay up late partying also.
