Enter into the open floor plan that includes living room, kitchen, dining area, full bath, pantry, and 1-bedroom with a full size bed. The outdoor patio offers a gas BBQ and table/chairs. Second floor, 2 full bedrooms and one full bath as well a large bedroom with suite bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms. A full bathroom is also located just off the hallway. The 3rd floor offers the loft with a full size & sleeper sofa. Loft give you access to the roof-top deck. The home has a Washer, Dryer, & Garage.
The garage is small and may not accommodate all vehicles, especially trucks and SUVs. San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.
The fully stocked single family 3-story home offers LOTS of space and privacy. The front outdoor patio offering a gas BBQ and table/chairs, seating for (4). Enter into the open floor plan that includes the living room, the kitchen, the dining area, a full hall bath, a pantry, access to the attached garage and 1-bedroom with a full size bed.
Leading to the 2nd floor where you will find the master bedroom with king size bed and jack & jill bathroom. You will find (2) additional bedrooms with a queen and full beds. A full bathroom is also located just off the hallway. The 3rd floor offers the loft with a full size bed as well as a sleeper sofa. It is here where you will find the roof-top deck to catch the stars, sunsets, fireworks and peek-a-boo ocean/bay views!
Mission Bay and the Catamaran Hotel is across the street! In the heart of Mission Beach and an easy stroll to restaurants and shopping and a fun nightlife!

Centrally located in Mission Beach, this unit is just a 10 second walk to the ocean! You are also a short walk away from amazing coffee shops, restaurants, bars and cafes! You are also a 5 minute drive to Belmont Park, a 10 minute drive to Sea World and 15 minute drive to the downtown Gas lamp District!
$100 deposit is required to book a reservation. The $100 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. If you do not cancel, the $100 goes toward your total balance.
A copy of your ID/Drivers License sent to us via email or shown in person at our office will be required prior to check in.

Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

Was exactly what was listed. Right near the beach and plenty to do surrounding!
We had a wonderful stay at the San Diego beach rental! The location was perfect, with close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and bike rentals, making our trip incredibly convenient. The home was well-stocked with plenty of towels and had an ample supply of dishware and cutlery, which was very helpful for our family meals. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire house was very clean, contributing to a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
Each room had a smart TV, which we loved and made our downtime very enjoyable. Parking was a bit tricky, but it wasn’t a major issue. The office staff was very responsive whenever we needed to get in touch with them, and they even provided additional towels at no extra charge.
Overall, our family had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We highly recommend San Diego beach rentals for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, 5 second walk to the beach. The house was actually much roomier than we anticipated, and the front deck and rooftop area were our favorite part. We were a group of 9-11 for a bachelorette party and fit comfortably. Reasonably priced for the location, and the host was so accommodating. Definitely recommend for large groups or a family. Walking distance to everything.
