Up one more set of stairs, you will find the additional (2) bedrooms as well as the master with a full bathroom. The bedding for the 3rd floor bedrooms offers a queen, a full and 1-twin. There is also a 3rd floor full bathroom off the hall.
The studio unit including a large full bathroom located off the 1st floor patio offers a queen size bed.

Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.
