The free-standing 3-story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a studio without Kitchen and sleeps 12. The studio which has its own bathroom is attached but has it's own separate entrance.

As you pass through the front private patio you enter into the main home on the first floor which features the laundry room and garage access. Proceed up the stairs to the main living area which includes the large kitchen, dining area, living room, a full bath and (1) bedroom with a queen bed and futon. Up one more set of stairs, you will find three more bedrooms. Master with queen size bed and a full bathroom. The other two beds also have queen size bed with a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
The studio unit including a large full bathroom located off the 1st floor patio offers a queen size bed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date, or within 24 hours of making the reservation if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. The $100 deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is within 24 hours of booking and booking is made at least 72 hours (3 days) before time of check-in. You will receive a full refund minus the $100 deposit and a 5% credit card processing fee if the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days before the check in date. All cancellations must be in writing. If a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days notice, you will forfeit all monies and be responsible for the full rental amount unless the property is re-rented for the entire length of the stay at full price, in which there will only be a 10% cancellation fee.

Deposit Policy

$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.

The location was fantastic and just a short walk to the beach! The living room and kitchen were spacious and accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. The only minor drawbacks were the bright bedroom lighting without blackout curtains and the early morning trash trucks. Overall, the house was exactly what we needed and worked wonderfully for our stay!

We are grateful for the location and great access to the ocean and the bay. Also, the host has been very kind letting our large family gather here every evening to spend dinner together, when so many other rentals prohibited that. However, the house is in very worn out condition and the cleaning is very subpar. Not a beautiful, luxurious, welcoming space by any means, but location is great. Parking three rental SUV sized cars was a huge challenge.
