The second master suite has its own private balcony patio area that provides beautiful ocean views. The spacious living and dining room areas provide plenty of comfortable space.
The home offers a two car tandem garage space. Washer/Dryer!

This property is located in the heart of Mission Beach within close proximity to several shops, bars, restaurants and water activities. Approximately a 2 minute drive to Belmont Park, a 5 minute drive to Sea World, 15 minutes to the downtown Gas lamp District and the airport!

Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.

Downside… Garage is very low. Standard suv won’t fit. Must be little car. Parking was a little tough since only parking was on main street and have to move for sweeping. Other than that everything was 10/10.

Overall, this place was perfect for my stay. The location was absolutely perfect, central to most things we were doing and had amazing views! The hosts were incredible with communication and replied within a timely manner.
The only downsides to the place were the bedroom closest to the beach had a broken window and the big screen door had no lock so it could not be left open for airflow. The fan was also a bit slow so the room definitely got a bit hot at night. The other bedrooms had working windows and fully functioning fans so they were good!

Great location for us. Deck was fantastic to look out - Room was great for our 16 family members - just right for my 7 small grandchildren!!
there were minor issues with opening screen doors/ closet doors -- the maintenance man said it was because of the constant salt air - so this was a small issue since the rest of the place worked very well for our large family gathering.
The location and the house were excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. I will rent this place again.
Lovely house in a lovely location!
Downside: We had to go to a property management office located at a different address for instructions to enter the property. At least one bath window was sealed shut. kitchen drained leaked.
Upside: Beautiful location, very close to market, bars and restaurants. waking up to beach sounds was wonderful. There is a path way for walking next to the beach. overall a great trip.
Caution: no Air Conditioning is available.

We took a golf trip that ended up doubling as a bachelor party to this lovely rental. The location and rental made the trip memorable. This is the best location for an Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The space was perfect for our group. The place needs some maintenance (doors getting stuck while trying to open them and a few small other things) but it didn’t change our experience at all.
Such a beautiful location! Hosted a group of 15 women in the space and we fit well! Falling asleep to the waves is an unreal experience. Perfect location.

With three bedrooms and bathrooms, it combines convenience and comfort. The popular front porch may draw attention from boardwalk strollers, but a serene side porch provides respite. The house seamlessly intertwines comfort and functionality: wonderful beds, a roomy couch, and a surprisingly useful kitchen table. I eagerly anticipate a return trip with the family, availability permitting.
