Guests of Pacific Sunset enjoy a 2 car Tandem garage! Parking is very tight here in Mission Beach so we do not guarantee that your vehicles will fit in the spaces provided. There is additional public parking at the nearby Santa Clara Aquatic Center. There are also multiple bus routes that run along Mission Boulevard. Mission Beach is also a hot spot for Uber & Lyft!

Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

Great location. Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Great communication. Always responsive, trying to help. My family and I had a great time. Would come back.
Pros: location! Amazing spot. Cons: We had electrical problems most of the stay. Also worth noting that this apartment has the roof top deck facing the ocean and a balcony, off the primary suite, that faces the opposite way and contains no patio furniture.
Great location. Great view. Close to both Pacific and Manhattan Beaches. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Loved to be right on the boardwalk/beach.
Kept losing electricity in more than half the house. Living room furniture and bar stools not clean and with stains. Pull out sofa was covered with brown crumbs. Minimal amenities. (Only one towel per guest, for example). Had to go to the office to “rent” towels and beach items and then return after your stay. Very inconvenient.
House and garage had codes to get in but was asked to check-in at the office down the road to get “the keys.” The office was closed during normal check-in hours (3-5pm). Was a waste of time because there were no keys needed.
Overall, the location and view was worth it.
The place was awesome and right on the beach. The only problem we had was that there was not a bedroom with 2 single beds in it like it said online. That did cause an issue being 2 people were staying in that room and nobody wanted to sleep on the couch in the middle of everything. Great location though and clean.
Great location! Quiet, especially since it was right on the boardwalk. The entry door lock was hard to open and the elevator didn't work. The only thing I would change is check out. We had to wait until 9:30 when they opened to check out but mandatory check out was 11. We would like to have been able to get on the road sooner. Overall it was a great place for family, clean, properly furnished, friendly staff, and perfect location. Loved it!

In regards to check out, since your unit is key less you did not need to wait for our office to open for you to check out! I am sorry for the confusion on that.

what made it great and memorable was meeting staff when i pick up and pick paperwork so warming, great service, smiles in the air which started my vacation will alway b a big 10
