Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

Great layout - upstairs master with bathroom was good for us grandparents with kids below. Direct access to beach and grass meant kids could be seen at all times. Parking space tight if you have anything other than mid range SUV. Public parking available 50 yds away if you have two cars. The apartment had everything we needed. Coffee cafes and restaurants all of 2 minutes walking away. A great place to stay on bay side.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. The pictures do not do it justice as to how adorable the unit is and how comfortable it is for a family retreat. We were a family of five and were delighted with how functional the layout was and its proximity to the bay. Sunset Rentals was very professional managing the unit and responsive. The girls borrowed bikes from them and had a fun day pedaling around. Great location with some Mission Beach favorites like The Mission, Better Buzz and Miss Bs within walking distance. A total winner for a Mission Beach getaway.
