The master bedroom offers a king size bed along with its own en-suite. The additional (2) bedrooms offer queen size beds and have direct access to the large full size hall bathroom. There is also a queen size sleeping sofa in the living room.
The open floor plan and remodeled kitchen is great for entertaining and having direct access to the 3rd floor 20x20 roof-top deck. The condo offers A/C, ceiling fans, tv in living room, tv's in all of the bedrooms, a DVD player, an ipod station, wireless internet and a washer/dryer. There is also a 1-car garage.
For larger/multi family groups - rent with the downstairs condo to accommodate up to 14 guests (Isthmus Vacation 1), and everyone can be together for all of the MEMORIES and GOOD TIMES!!

$100 deposit is required to book a reservation. The $100 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, unless cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking and booking is made at least 3 days before time of check-in. If you do not cancel, the $100 goes toward your total balance. (This does not apply to Airbnb bookings).
A copy of your ID/Drivers License sent to us via email or shown in person at our office will be required prior to check in.

1. Cancellations and Changes in Reservations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Agency. The effective date of cancellation is the date the written notice is received by the Agency. Refund eligibility is determined based on the arrival date and the timing of the cancellation as outlined below:
1.1 Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking:
If the reservation is cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of booking, the Guest is entitled to a full refund of all payments made.
1.2 Cancellation More Than 60 Days Before Arrival:
If the Guest cancels and the arrival date is more than sixty (60) days away, the Guest has only paid the $100 non-refundable reservation deposit, which will not be refunded.
1.3 Cancellation 31–60 Days Prior to Arrival:
If the Guest cancels thirty-one (31) to sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the Guest is entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund of the rental amount paid. All refunds are subject to applicable processing and credit card fees.
1.4 Cancellation 0–30 Days Prior to Arrival:
If the Guest cancels thirty (30) days or fewer prior to the scheduled arrival date, or fails to arrive for any reason (“no-show”), no refunds will be issued and the Guest forfeits all monies paid.
1.5 Reservation Date Changes:
All requests to modify reservation dates must be submitted in writing to the Agency and are subject to availability. Reservation date changes are not permitted within sixty (60) days of the scheduled arrival date. Guests requesting date changes within this period must cancel their existing reservation and rebook a new reservation. Any refund issued will be governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the original arrival date, regardless of the new booking dates.
1.6 Airbnb Reservations:
For reservations booked through Airbnb, Airbnb’s cancellation, payment, and refund policies apply and supersede this cancellation and deposit policy. Guests should refer to the cancellation policy displayed on the Airbnb platform at the time of booking for the applicable terms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before arrival, including no-shows, are non-refundable and all monies paid will be forfeited.
Deposit Policy
$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Location, location, location! Our favorite spot was on the roof deck whether for coffee in the morning or a nightcap at sunset. San Diego Sunset’s was a great company to do business with (it was our second time but different house). Staff went above and beyond delivering a pack-n-play for our granddaughter before our arrival. The place was clean and well equipped with a few minor deficiencies, but those are probably owner issues: empty spice containers, broken umbrella on roof deck (that we were relying on in photos), no working exhaust fans in bathrooms that didn’t have openable windows and no exhaust fans in kitchen when cooking. All in all, Sam Diego Sunset’s is a great property management to work with and will definitely do it again!

We fixed the issues mentioned above.
The proximity to beach, bay, restaurants, and childrens playground at Mission Bay Park was great! You can open the windows at night and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. You can see the ocean from the patio. The garage could fit our Honda Pilot pretty snug but easy enough. The construction in the condos behind this unit is a little obnoxious if you try to nap but manageable in the mornings. The proximity to Belmont Park is great for tourists and meals. We stocked up at Ralph's and used the grill on the patio it was perfect for family meals. They had various games available and our 4yr old LOVED kicking our butts at Uno. The only con I have is that bar soap that was available in the bathrooms are the ones that feel sticky or rubbery after using it. Everything else was absolutely perfect for a family stay right on the beach.
