Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date, or within 24 hours of making the reservation if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is within 24 hours of booking and booking is made at least 72 hours (3 days) before time of check-in.

Deposit Policy

$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.

Good property in an extremely good location. steps from the beach, and close to several restaurants. a short walk from others.

we didn't quite realize when booking that this is two separate units, but it is extremely easy to go back and forth for hanging out as a group.

we had a small issue with an umbrella, and the host was very quick to respond with a good solution.

My friends and I did a girls trip to San Diego and stayed at this Airbnb. We had an amazing time and the location was perfect. We were blocks off the beach with plenty to do nearby. The Airbnb was clean and the host was very responsive- they even helped us get an early check in. We would absolutely stay here again!
