The second floor of this luxurious condo includes an expansive master suite with a TV and a private deck with ocean view and 1 queen bed. A second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with two twin/full bunk beds. Along with a double sofa sleeper in the living area provide comfortable accommodations.
This unit has 3 full bathrooms and is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and dining area that create an inviting cooking and entertaining ambiance. Added amenities include brushed nickel fixtures and Travertine floors throughout to compliment the contemporary features, a walk in closet in the master bedroom and plenty of closet space in the other two bedrooms, your own full sized front loading washer/dryer, wireless internet access and is also equipped with central A/C - a rare find in the beach area!

Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.

Place is actually nicer in person than in the photos. It does need some TLC though. The appliances are just about out of life, so don’t plan on doing too much cooking. The master bedrooms bed in extremely lumpy but it was a nice size room with large bathroom. Location is great. The check in process is very inconvenient and stressful. Access codes are always preferred over having to Uber to an office, especially with larger groups and needing to catch a flight. Over all the stay was good and I would book again for the price.
perfect location, great house, amazing view from rooftop, steps away from the beach, & easy communication. this house was perfect for our big group! had the best time!!

Had a fantastic stay here for a quick weekend. Location is perfect and could not have had a better time.
Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. House needs a little TLC, but still a great beach house. we enjoyed the convenience of the beach being a walk away and near Belmont park. Parking is very tight, two cars fit in the garage. large truck or full size SUV might not fit, if traveling with two cars. Patio areas are nice to relax after the beach, we will be back for sure!
This property was perfect for us! Lots of room. You can't beat the location!
