Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.

This place was AWSEOME!! loved the view and the location was near everything we wanted to do. Basically on the beach in my opinion. Short walk(~5 minutes) to some good food places and a long walk (~30 minutes) to even more places to eat. Recommend for sure.
The location is great, it's on the ocean side of Mission Boulevard. In this part of San Diego you can choose to stay on the ocean side of the main road or the bay side. The ocean side has a beach with open water with breaking waves, lifeguards, surfing, much life and activity and many people. The bay side has a quiet beach with still water, only a few people, a mucky bottom at low tide. From this house the ocean side is an easy walk, the bay side requires walking further to cross the street at a cross walk.
Facilities work well (water and A/C). Nice refrigerator, stove and oven. We had enough linens and bath towels.
The biggest glaring lack is a way to wash off sand while outdoors. We tracked sand through the house to get to an outdoor faucet on the second floor.

Great spot, great rooftop. Parking not the greatest but expected. Stairs were rough but worth it. 9/10 would stay again.

Lots of stairs at this one but at the top is a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets! We barbecued on the roof every night. Plan to take only one vehicle. There really isn’t room for two. There is some parking on the streets but remember to move your vehicle for sweep days.
Our over all stay was amazing. We would definitely rent this house again in the future. The host was very fast at responding to us with any issues we had with the house. Definitely would recommend this place to other people.
