Ocean Point 410 VERY CLEAN W/ GREAT VIEWS!

Very nice location.

Hopefully they get a new refrigeratore. My food wen't bad. 6 foot clearance in the garage. It sucked unloading all my things.My truck could not fit. I had to park really far. Take a shower before evryone else in the building does because you will run out of hot water. Besides that the condo is amazing. The view is amazing.

The location just can't be beat! The place was clean albeit older, but you can tell they are actively upgrading like the new pullout sofa and loveseat. My husband and I ended up having our kiddos use the bedroom and we slept out in the living room to hear the waves at night and wake up to the beautiful beach view. The place had all of the necessities we needed for a standard stay and a cabinet with more than enough fun beach accessories was a delightful treat! The elevator is by both the parking spot and the room and the hose at the main entrance was a bonus for us with kids trying to come in sand-free. Walking distance to tons of great food, grocery stores, coffee shops and yummy ice cream! Easy drive to other beaches and main SD attractions. Check-in and out was not convenient, but fast & ultimately painless. We'd love to return!

Excellent location but everything is old in Condo. Furniture is in terrible condition. Kitchen table wobbles a lot. Coach sleeper is so old springs are stretched and some missing so bed sinks down , making it unusable. Dishes are worn out and some silverware rusty and damaged . Rugs stained and dirty. Bring your own towels Beach towels are not provided. Boogie Boards are in horrible condition better off renting some. Bring your own paper towels and toilet paper only 2 rolls provided for our 4 day stay. Actual location and where unit was positioned was Awesome. All local food is great. Locals are very welcoming. Great time outside of unit not being what we expected.

Absolutely beautiful location and place. Very very clean and comfortable. The location is right on the water and walking distance to so much in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location; the beach is right across the street. The unit's amenities are pretty dated; old furniture and appliances, as well as heavily used beach equipment like chairs (though it's nice that those are available). We really needed internet access in the unit to work remotely during our stay and were very disappointed to find the internet wasn't functional when we arrived. This was a huge inconvenience as we had several important conference calls. The host was able to get us access to other networks in the building, but they were only accessible from outside the condo; my wife spent the better part of Friday working on the uncomfortable bench by the pool. No internet also meant no in-room entertainment, a big deal while traveling during COVID when there isn't much else to do in the evenings (though we did enjoy the very old nature documentaries available on DVD in the unit). All in all, we paid for the location, which was great, but for the price, we would have like to have had better amenities.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The beach is at your front door and everything else is walking distance away. Quite and relaxing. The host responds quickly and is super helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location! We never had to get in the car our entire trip. Great beach access, nearby restaurants, coffee, groceries, etc.

The location and dealing with San Diego Sunset was awesome.

We had a great time - had a good view of the ocean and steps to the beach - could hear the waves at night. Walking distance to the many restaurants and shops. They had many amenities available for the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The 4th floor views of the entire San Diego area, Pacific, Mission and Ocean Beach we're incredible and made it difficult to leave!
