Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
$100 deposit is required to make a reservation. This $100 is non-refundable and will go towards your reservation balance. There is a $50 fee to change dates. There is no additional fee to add nights to your reservation.

The host was great! The shower goes cold quickly, unless you turn on the hot water on the bathroom faucet. It's strange but was the only way we were able to get a consistently warm shower. Otherwise it was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this little beach house. The location was perfect for a great family vacation (2yr old and 5yr old) for a 4night stay... 30sec walk to the Bayside right across from the MB Sports Center, and a 2min walk to the ocean side. There were plenty of food/coffee options within a two block radius as well. The house itself wasn't very spacious (like just about every house in MB) but very comfy. There's no AC, but there are five box-fans provided which were enough to keep us all relatively cool and there's a little patio that we could relax on as well. There were a couple little quirks (eg. hot water in the shower ebbed and flowed), but these are to be expected in this area and with this price point. We'd highly recommend this house and hope to make it back next year.
It did the job! Sleep, cook, shit, shower and shave. Stayed out at the beach or some outdoor thing. 🙂
This house couldn’t be in a better location. That’s what makes it great. However, it is small. The rooms are tiny, so if you have more than 4 adults, it could be cramped. Also, there is no air conditioning, so if that’s something you need, this might not be the place for you. This place has potential, but it still needs some more love poured into it; however, the proximity to the beach, boardwalk, bay, restaurants, Belmont Park, make up for its flaws.

it's small. 700sq ft, one bathroom, three tiny bedrooms. it's a great locating, two blocks from the beach, nice bars nearby, working propane grill made cooking at the house easy. Just pay attention to the "cozy" wording on the description and you'll be fine. basic, but good.

10/10 would recommend. Easy check in and checkout on prime real estate. Walked to the taco shop in front then the beach every morning.
Awesome location, super close to everything, fit our group of 5 comfortably, staff was super helpful and nice but had a few bumps in communication as we tried to drop our luggage as they offered to hold it for our later flight and they weren’t in office. Only waited about 35 minutes though. No AC but lots of fans and the heat wasn’t too bad! Linens could be a bit better quality. Overall we’re not very picky- everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen and we had a great time! I would go through their website to avoid all the fees next time!
If you are looking for big and fancy - this is not your place. If you are looking for clean and a great location to the beach and bay - you've found your place.
Pros: A 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the bay. Parking for one. Our Ford Explorer fit fine with a little parallel parking. Full size fridge and kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and eat. Working grill. Dining seating for 7. TV had a great range of channels. Good wifi. Washer and dryer worked well. No ac but there were like 6-7 fans which was a lifesaver in July. Very quiet while we were there. Close to lots of food options.
Cons: No ac and because of this we put the provided box fans in multiple windows and multiple times a day and night it brought in some interesting smells from the surrounding neighbors. The area has some beautiful well kept units and then some they need a lot of work. Only two rolls of tp provided so bring your own. Use the oven at your own risk. We tried to make simple cinnamon rolls 3 different times and each time they burned on the bottom no matter if the temp was on 400 or 200. Only one small bathroom but we made it work. The blinds looked like the could use replacing. Futon for a couch that folds flat to sleep on. Low ceilings but my 6'3" husband did fine.
Great location! A little on the small side but with the beautiful bay and ocean on either side, most of the time is spent taking advantage of location. Check out Olive Cafe and Bakery for great food!

It was an amazing location, within walking distance of great food and nightlife options. The after hours check-in process was seamless and easy. Our only concerns were that there did not appear to be A/C and the dryer was not working either.

This place is amazingly located, the taco shop literally outside your door step is to die for, Olive bakery has the best cinnamon rolls ever and to top of the beach is one block away! Perfect location for a family get away and just what we needed!!
Cute in a funky San Diego way. Very low ceilings--if you're much over 6' don't even think about it. Great locale, very short walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and other places right near by. If you're looking for a touristy locale, this is a great spot. And make sure you can parallel park, otherwise, it'll be tough to park there.
The location was amazing. 1/2 a block to the bay and a block to the beach was an easy walk for the kids. Also, the kids loved the sand toys available. Exactly what we were looking for.
