This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is a TRUE beach cabana with craftsman details, endless beach vibes and coziness! The large front deck is perfect for family BBQ's and relaxation. There is also a small side patio and garden in the back. A cozy living room with cable TV and WiFi. There is a 2 car garage that is detached from the house (we cannot guarantee that all vehicles will fit especially trucks and SUV's. The dimensions for the garage are W:16'6" L164 H:14'1). The beach just up the block, a 30 second walk away! The bay is also just up the block, a 1 minute walk!
You have access to the entire house, front deck, side deck and back garden area, plus the garage!
Located in South Mission Beach, this unit is just a 30 second walk to the ocean! You are also a walk away from amazing coffee shops, restaurants, bars and cafes! Belmont Park is just a 5 minute walk away!!! 10 minute drive to Sea World and 15 minute drive to Downtown San Diego!

Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days from arrival date. If you wish to cancel and your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will only be refunded 50%. All cancellations must be in writing. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

Pretty comfortable spot, me and my two buddies stayed for 4 night and had tons of stuff to do. Skating the boardwalk is a great experience. Good food right next to the house. Water felt great in august.
Place was great! Walking distance towards the beach and great restaurants nearby!
Great location, close to the beach and Belmont Park! We rented bikes, rode to Sea World and had a great time! Loved having A/C; it was a must during the summer!
We loved the location. The front deck was great.. It was very clean. We would definitely rent again.
