Isthmus Vacation #1-Private Patio, Steps to Beach!

Everything was just about perfect! Fantastic location and was not noisy. A few things need updated, lightbulb out in the bathroom, but overall everything was great!

Great location! Views are amazing and the house was perfect for our family of 5. Parking was the only negative, our SUV was too long for the garage and we had to park a little bit away which was not ideal but wasn’t a huge deal. Check in was simple and quick.

Our group had a very nice stay at this San Diego Sunset property. Mitch was very communicative and accommodated our request for baby gear. They provided us with a pack n play, high chair and baby gate.

The location was wonderful & very convenient. Lots of things within walking distance & perfect for families.

The apartment was stocked with all the basic amenities. Was very impressed with the quality of their cookware!

Only issue was the level of noise in the neighborhood. Obviously that’s not the property manager/owners’ fault, just something for future guests to be aware of. Small price to pay for being near the beach, with a sunset view!

Having a spot in the parking garage was very helpful. Though it is a tight spot, our small SUV rental fit without a hiccup.

Would definitely recommend Mitch’s place to others!

So thankful for the last minute reservation. Beautiful condo. Comfortable and clean. The ac was a huge plus! Well appointed with modern furnishings. Great area outside to sit and we could easily see the ocean. 10 second walk to the sand. Nice having a dedicated garage. My Lexus suv fit just fine. The beds were very comfy.

This house was a perfect location - steps from the boardwalk, a quick walk to Belmont Park, easy access to the bay. The area can be a little loud at night with other vacationers but we did not mind. The rooms are cozy and the kitchen is small but has everything you would need.

The only reason we would not give 5 stars is the patio furniture was unsafe. They have a concrete table with concrete benches and one of tops of the benches slid off while one of our guests were sitting on it. This must have been a 50 lb+ piece of concrete, we were just glad one of the kids did not get hurt. We then inspected the other bench tops and they all were either cracked, loose, or reglued. They aren’t safe and should be removed in our opinion. Other than this fantastic house and we would rent again!

Great place only a block from the beach. Parking was tight for our extra large vehicle but there was public overnight parking a few blocks away. Would surely stay here again.
